This should be an option after you have tried natural remedies. Your doctor can access your situation and determine appropriate treatment.

Another option is to make sure you have a routine that is regular. Try going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. This can be difficult, but may also be a simple solution. This option works, but usually after a couple of weeks have passed and the routine has been followed. This can help to set your body into a new and permanent way of sleeping.
